- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz basil liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 4-5 basil leaves
- Salt to the rim of the glass


    If you want to garnish the rim of the jar with salt or sugar, rub a lime wedge along the rim of the jar and then dip the jar into a bowl of salt or sugar. Set the glass aside.

    1. Add the tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec or Cointreau, agave syrup and a few fresh basil leaves to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
